We now have a Training Plan section of the website with standard plans for 5K races so far and new ones will be added for other race distances such as 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon. In addition, every WAR Elite Racing team member will get their own login to personal customized training plans updated weekly with specific comments and notes from Coach Rojas. We continue to provide the services runners want and need to reach their running goals. Check out the tools and links section as well as we add more helpful tools and resources for all runners in our community!

Training should be customized. Not everyone has the same pace. If you are a fast learner it will be a total waste of time to go through all the exercises which aim to make sure you learn something. If you learned it already then it defeated the purpose. If you are slow, you don't need to be exposed to anything that can give you more headache. It will even delay the learning process. You need to rest a little once in a while and clear your head. This is why I really don't like learning with large groups. Maybe a couple of fellow trainees with the same pace can really help me.
