Strength & Core Routines

This section of the website contains Strength & Core Routines that we recommend to add to your workout regiment. Don't do it all at once but make sure you focus on your core. All running motion comes from the core and NOT the legs believe it of not. Take your running to the next level with these short routines. More will be added in the near future along with our custom WAR CORE Routines

Myrtl Routine

Myrtl routine should be done after your run. Not only does it strengthen the your hips to protect against injury it also doubles as a great cool-down to relax and make sure you are not as sore and tight after a hard workout. We do these every day after every run.
