This section of the website contains Strength & Core Routines that we recommend to add to your workout regiment. Don't do it all at once but make sure you focus on your core. Myrtl routine should be done after your run. Not only does it strengthen the your hips to protect against injury it also doubles as a great cool-down to relax and make sure you are not as sore and tight after a hard workout. We do these every day after every run.
