Now That you know the correct pace to train at depending on the workout you are doing look below for what time to hit on intervals/repetitions for the distance below. For example if the calculator tells you to run your Vo2Max workout of repeat 1000 at 6:30 pace you would look at the row for 6:30 and see that each 1000 should be run at 4:02 to get the most benefit!
