Warriors Track Club Runs 1st Race with all PR's!

Official times are yet to be posted but already we know the Warriors crushed it today! In their first official race they ran a 1600 meter race at a High School All-Comers Meet right along side many high school runners! With 19 of our runners out on the track it was a beautiful sight to see! I say this from a lot of experience and just watching kids run the way they did was impressive. They ran a smart race listen to the advise we have given them over these past few weeks. I saw many of the high school kids in their race make pacing mistakes and others that our kids already have learned to overcome! Just a few weeks have passed since the time trial and they all ran much faster than then! After the race Warriors enjoyed a well earned Pizza Party at PizzaMania! The official season hasn't even started and we can already see a bright future for them all! Some of them ran 2-4 minutes faster than just a few weeks ago and looked like seasoned veterans. Just a few short weeks ago most of these kids hadn't ever run and look at them now! Hats off to both kids and parents! Enjoy these pics are our Young Warriors in Action!
