Customized Training Plan for your Goal Race (Half-Marathon & Marathon)
We will interview you and develop customized training plan for your next big race. Might be you first Half Marathon or that Boston Qualifier race you always wanted or it might be the next Half that you want to run faster than you running partners! We can help you reach those goals. These are not generic plans form a book but detailed plans built from you specific situation such as how long have you been running what your current long run is like. We will find out what speed work if any you have done and recommend the right approach for you. Each runner is unique and to just use a generic plan from the internet is not going to work well for you. Let us taking the guessing out of your plan and give you expert coaching advise to reach your running goals! This will include up to 16 week of training made just for you with a 30 minute phone interview and 15 min phone walk through of plan once its done.
